I would like to share my experience with Anna Yakuba’s online dry fasting program.

I met Anna almost a year ago. In April of last year, my husband and I visited her in Turkey and participated in a seven-day dry fasting course under her guidance. After the retreat, we were impressed by Anna’s professionalism. She can answer all your questions and dispel any fears or doubts you may have.

I had previously fasted for seven days on my own. When I fasted alone, I was constantly plagued by fear, anxiety, and agitation. This anxiety, of course, affected my overall well-being and the results of fasting.

When we arrived in Turkey, we were immersed in an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. Anna’s confidence instilled strength and assurance. That is why I continue to study with her, am currently taking her online program, and plan to return this spring for a seven-day fasting course.

I would like to share my experience with Anna Yakuba’s online programs over the past six months. I turned to Anna to improve my health and lose excess weight. I had many accompanying diagnoses, including type 2 diabetes, grade 2 hypertension that was gradually progressing to grade 1, and cervical osteochondrosis.

I weighed 259 pounds, my blood pressure was 220/120, and the pain and discomfort from my gallstones was unbearable. The doctors convinced me that I needed surgery. It was a turning point for me when I realized that my health was in my own hands.

Strangely enough, the pandemic worked in my favor because I didn’t end up having surgery. I decided to take action by setting a goal to lose 25–30 kilograms within a year and committing to proper nutritional principles.

I decided to participate in Anna Yakuba’s online workshop. I knew her because I had participated in some of her online programs, as well as an offline program involving a seven-day dry fast in Greece.

I tried practicing on my own at home, but I realized that I couldn’t maintain the results long term. I ended up gaining more weight. I was tired of the yo-yo effect and wanted to achieve and maintain results. That’s why I turned to Anna.

After the fourth program, she invited me to her next program, which included a seven-day dry fast in Turkey. Despite various circumstances, I found a way to go, and I am so glad that I did!

It was an amazing program. There were only four of us, and we all lost weight and improved our health. We relaxed, went on excursions, and swam in the Mediterranean Sea. We became very good friends, supporting each other, and we still do!

In Turkey, I compiled the results of previous online programs and realized that there was no turning back. Furthermore, I realized that I needed Anna’s support and guidance, as well as that of like-minded people.

I decided not to stop. With Anna’s and my peers’ support, I continued practicing in the following online programs.

Here are my results from the past six months:

— I lost 61 pounds.
— My blood pressure averages 130/80.
— My gallbladder pain is gone.
— I became more physically active.
— My depression practically disappeared.
— I realized that losing 50-60 pounds is only the beginning of my journey back to physical fitness, not the limit of my dreams. I continue to lose weight.
— I realized that weight loss is not only a physical process, but also a mental and emotional reboot.

Anna has a wealth of practical knowledge and simple, convenient, supportive practices. In the sixth online program, I am discovering new and valuable practices and emphases. The programs are concise and rich!

In this program, I tried a new version of the 20/4 intermittent fasting method and achieved excellent results. I decided to stick with it because it’s straightforward, and it’s no longer scary—it’s comfortable!

My name is Irena. I am 66 years old and I live in Ireland. A few years ago, I started having health problems, such as weight gain, high blood sugar, and high blood pressure. When you start dry fasting, miracles happen at every turn!

After a month of practicing intermittent dry fasting (36/12), breathing, living, and thinking became easier. It wasn’t always easy, especially during the periods after breaking the fast. Unfortunately, I sometimes overeat. Still, there were positive results, and when you see results, you want more.
